Anti-Ageing Skin Care in a healthy way.
Anti-Aging: Why it is right to age and how to care for your skin in a healthy way.
Skin aging is a biological process. Every person gets older and so does the skin. If you want to slow down the process a little, you should use cosmetics with anti-aging effects to take care of your skin.
There is no magic bullet against skin aging. However, this is not too bad, because every person ages, whether man or woman. It is a natural biological process and means that you are alive. Nevertheless, wrinkles and flabby skin are still considered unattractive, so the cosmetics industry promotes numerous anti-aging products. Basically, anti-ageing loosely translated means anti-ageing, i.e. not aging.
Biologically, however, this is not possible, so that we would have to talk about cosmetics that slow down the skin aging process. They can actually have a positive influence on this process, although individual factors such as genes also play a role in skin aging. You can read here which active ingredients can care for the skin in a healthy way and balance out small wrinkles and what role your lifestyle can play in this process.
A healthy lifestyle is crucial
The skin is the largest organ and can only be considered in connection with your body. What you supply to your body therefore has a great influence on your skin and your well-being. Before you take anti-aging medication, you should therefore make sure you have a healthy lifestyle. This means eating a balanced diet, drinking enough and taking regular exercise. In particular, drinking enough liquid has a positive effect on the skin and can provide more elasticity and resilience. Tap water as well as mineral, spring and table water are the best sources for a healthy fluid intake. However, you can also take in liquid through solid food, for example through vegetables and fruit.
Sun protection, sunscreen, sunscreen
UV radiation is largely responsible for premature skin aging. If you expose yourself to the sun without protection, you risk more wrinkles and pigmentation spots. The best anti-aging product is therefore a product with a sun protection factor. This applies not only to summer, but also to autumn, winter and spring. Because even on cloudy days you expose your skin to UV radiation. For daily use, it is worth investing in a sun cream or sun gel that is especially suitable for the face. For example this sun fluid with sun protection factor 30.

Anti-aging active ingredients
The optimal care should be tailored to the individual needs of your skin, because the skin changes and has different needs with age. Special anti-aging products can stimulate and multiply the subcutaneous tissue. In this way you tighten the upper layer of skin and can optically reduce wrinkles. To achieve a visible effect, however, you must use active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamin A or C regularly to take care for your skin, because the effect is temporary.
Anti-aging active ingredient: hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is said to provide smooth and radiant skin as well as firm nails and shiny hair. The body itself produces hyaluronic acid because it is an integral part of the connective tissue. The special feature of hyaluronic acid is that it can store up to six liters of water. However, the natural hyaluronic acid in the connective tissue begins to decrease as early as mid-20s, resulting in the first wrinkles. Cosmetic products with the active ingredient hyaluronic acid can therefore have a positive influence on the skin and visually smooth out small wrinkles.
There are various care products from creams and serums to make-up and ampules to drink. According to the dermatologist, creams and serums achieve the best results, and make-up with hyaluronic acid can also have a positive effect. Hyaluronic acid for drinking is less effective according to experts (in this article you will find all the dermatologist’s statements on the active ingredient hyaluronic acid). For example, use a hyaluronic acid serum that you can apply daily before going to bed, to take care for your skin.
Anti-aging active ingredient: retinol (vitamin A)
Retinol serums are said to give the skin more elasticity and a young appearance. The active ingredient vitamin A is responsible for this. It is said to have positive effects on skin formation. Vitamin A can actually promote the formation of horny cells, which make up the uppermost layer of the skin. Furthermore, it is said that the vitamin stimulates the production of collagen, which is needed in the lower skin layers to make the skin firm and flexible. The use of a retinol serum can therefore actually smooth the skin and be used as an anti-aging product.
When using vitamin A, however, please note that the maximum daily dose is three milligrams according to the German Society for Nutrition for Adults. This value is usually already reached by a balanced diet, which is why the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) warns against overdosing and recommends limiting the use of cosmetic products to face and hand care. In addition, always apply sunscreen when using a retinol serum, as this makes the skin more sensitive to UV radiation and you have to take care for your skin.
Anti-aging active ingredient: vitamin C
Radical scavengers can also be effective in terms of anti-aging. This applies, for example, to the effects of vitamins C and E, which can be found in fresh fruit and vegetables. These substances can reduce the negative effects of UV radiation on the skin. Vitamin C serums can protect the collagen and elastin of the connective tissue in the subcutaneous fatty tissue, so that the skin can wrinkle. It is important that products with these active ingredients should always be used in combination with effective sun protection, as the skin becomes even more sensitive to UV radiation and you have to take care for your skin.
