RETURNS AND REFUNDS - BIOTULIN
I - Returns :
Biotulin has a 30 day returns policy: you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your order to ship it / return it to our returns centre for a refund or exchange.
Any complaint regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 30 working days of receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label etc.), new and in perfect condition, unused and undamaged, using the documents provided in the parcel. Biotulin accepts the return if it is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all its packaging and protective plastic, all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Postage costs for the return parcel are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a non-compliant product or an error in the references delivered. In this case, the return costs will be reimbursed by the seller.
Return instructions and procedure:
- Use the original packaging to return the product.
- Complete and attach the "Returns Form" (on the back of the invoice).
Returns without the above-mentioned form will not be accepted. Any parcel returned after the prescribed time limit will be refused and returned to the sender. Costs and risks related to the return of the Product(s) are the responsibility of the sender.
Biotulin cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the parcel. Packages for which the identification of the customer (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible will be refused.
The risk of returning the product is borne by the customer. If the procedure and deadlines indicated are not respected, the customer will not be able to make any claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered, the products then being deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect.
Upon receipt of the product(s) returned by the Customer, the customer service department will send confirmation of receipt of the Product(s) by e-mail.
The condition of the products and their conformity will then be examined to determine whether they are suitable for reimbursement.
II - Refunds :
If the complete order is returned, the refund will include Biotulin's standard delivery charges. To this end, the customer inserts the delivery invoice indicating the tracking number of the package in the return package.
Biotulin will reimburse the Customer for the sums paid by the latter and corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (therefore excluding any customs duties), within a maximum period of 7 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the name of the customer.
Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you having handled the goods more than necessary.
